Password changes can be made in the Admin Console.

※If you log in using Google or Microsoft, you do not need to change your password through the LoiLo Admin Console.

This manual primarily updates teacher information, but the process for updating student information is the same

Regenerate passwords individually

1 Click the "Teacher" icon

2 Click "Target Teacher"

3 Click "Change Password"

4 Click "Update"

When "Generate passwords" is checked, a new 8-digit strong password will be generated automatically. If you want to set a custom password, please refer to 'Update User Information'

Tip: Export all existing IDs from the roster before making any changes (faster and more accurate than manual entry)

2 Click "Batch Process via Excel"

3 Click "Regenerate Passwords"

4 Download and fill out the Excel file
